About Moe Train

Moe Train hosts the Moe Train Eats show. Rockstar energy, food expert knowledge, and delivery that never holds back. This is how it started, and it started loud.

The man

Not a food blogger

Moe Train is a showman who happens to know food cold. Fine dining trained, certified in wine and spirits, and forged in front of 22,000 screaming Philly fans at Wing Bowl. When he sits down to eat, it is a performance, a review, and a verdict all at once.

The camera loves him because there is nothing to switch on. The energy you see is the energy he walks in with. He is based in Southwest Florida, and his food coverage runs across Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, and Sarasota.

The show

The Kennett Square series

Moe Train Eats started loud in 2016. It began as a three-episode TV-style food and travel series produced with MAKE Productions, and every episode ran an hour and covered five locations across Kennett Square, PA: wings and beer at Kennett Brewing Company, wine at Galer Estate, the 2016 Mushroom Festival, and a paint-and-wine night at Kennett Design.

Moe Train Eats: Kennett Square

The series ran three hour-long episodes with five locations each, all across Kennett Square, produced with MAKE Productions. Small town, big appetite.

Moe Train Eats Podcast (Food, Beer, Wine, Drink, Art, Music and Lifestyle Show)

The show went audio the same year and took on food, beer, wine, drink, art, music, and lifestyle. If Moe could eat it, drink it, or argue about it, it made the show.

Roots

Where the flavor comes from

Moe Train is of Indonesian, Dutch, and French heritage, and it shows up in everything he cooks and eats. He loves Asian food: Chinese, Japanese, and Indonesian most of all.
